I came across this recipe for kottbullar (pronounced shot-bull-ar) on Sunday's edtion of the Straits Times.
Meat Ball
1) 1 x small onion
2) 140ml whipping cream
3) 1 x egg
4) 1/2 tsp white pepper
5) 3/4 tsp salt
6) 300g minced beef
7) 300g minced pork
8) 50g breadcrumb
Sauce
1) 400ml stock
2) 2 Tbs whipping cream
